In this paper, firstly factors such as concrete carbonization, steel bar corrosion, materials strength relating attenuation of bridge resisting force are considered, then create the bridge resistance model of a variety and the model is used to predict the bridge surplus service life.In the research of the bridge load, there are often two kinds of probability models. Permanent load irrelevant to time is often described as random variable model. Vehicle load that are relate to time parameter is described as random process model. In this paper, the bridge load model of a variety is created according to survey data from some researches.In this paper, 0.85 0 is the standard of the concrete bridge surplus service life estimate, according to basic principle in the method of JC, and establish the calculation procedure of the bridge surplus service life estimate with the Matlab. the bridge surplus service life is obviously displayed through using the function of Matlab to VB. A bridge is analyzed with the calculation procedure of the bridge surplus service life, and its' surplus service life is obviously displayed. Imitate the variety curve of the bridge's dependable degree with the time. It is anticipated that this paper would have some referential value to bridge surplus service life estimate work.
