This paper present a nonlinear control algorithm to solve the motion synchronization problem for a dual-cylinder electro-hydraulic (EH) lift system. A two-step design approach is applied that utilized linear multiple input -multiple output robust control technique to design an out-loop motion synchronization controller. A nonlinear single input-single output perturbation observer-based presser-force controller is designed for each of the lift cylinder as the inner-loop controller to handle the nonlinearities associated with the EH actuators. The system realized to adjust itself properly. The algorithm is proofed seriously and accurately using the knowledge of mathematics and adaptive control and so on. |
