Tightly combined with the development of technologies of microelectronics, auto-control and radio engineering, the technology of wireless electro-hydraulic came into being. Compare to wire electro-hydraulic technology, the wireless electero-hydraulic have many advantages. With this technology, the work environment of modern engineering equipment's operator is greatly improved, also does modern engineering equipment's automation. Technology of wireless electro-hydraulic is one of the important development tendencies of the electro-hydraulic technology. We also design two hydraulic systems which was used to control the move of the dredger Around the topic of wireless electro-hydraulic technology and its application at the dredger, the main contents of this thesis are as follows:In chapter 1, firstly the status and development tendency of electro-hydraulic control technology and wireless electro-hydraulic control technology is discuss-ed, then comprehensively analyses the history and status of fluid transmission and control technology of vessel and dredger. And then the significance and the contents of the thesis are put forward.In chapter 2, firstly the modules and the basic methods of wireless electro-hydraulic controller is analyzed, then the software design of wireless electro-hydraulic controller is provided, and according to actual system requirement and experiments, the communication protocol is discussed. Then the flowcharts of functional modules are given. Lastly the software methods of anti-disturbance are described.In chapter 3, firstly the phase-modulated signals(PSK) was elected by calculating and comparing the minimum Euclidean distance, probability of symbol error and bandwidth efficiency of all the modulated signals.Then actual probability of symbol error of the wireless electro-hydraulic controller was given with experiment.In chapter 4, firstly according to the simulation and analysis results of the GBSC model, interleaved BCH code is selected. Experiments prove that interleaved BCH code has the very high performance of error-correcting, but the data size of the communication increase a little.In chapter 5, firstly introduced the principle of the tow hydraulic systems which we designed .then the theory of the BSC and GBSC channel model are presented. With experiments, the BSC and GBSC model of the controller are established, and come to a conclusion that GBSC model is more suitable to describe the controller's channel model, according to the GBSC channelmodel,symbol error is calculated.In the end , With the actual parameter of microstrip antenna, the remote control range of wireless electro-hydraulic controller is calculated.In chapter 6, gave the conclusion of this paper and the studied prospect.
