The floor of staggered truss system connects with the steel truss by the shear connectors, so slip is a inevitable phenomenon and can't exactly present the interaction between the floor and steel truss without considering the slip. Based on the basic flexility theory, this paper set up the Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE) between the slip 5 and the section shear V according to the Bernoulli's hypothesis. The distribution of the section shear V along the direction of the truss span can be solved. So the distribution of the slip along the direction of the truss span can be solved by solving the Ordinary Differential Equations (ODE) through the Runge-Kutta method. Then according the equilibrium of the force on the components, the inner force, rotation, deflection of the component considering the effect of the slip can be solved. The finite element method (FEM) is a useful way to analysis the slip on the interface between the floor of the staggered truss system and the truss, to prove the result of the theory analysis. This paper set up the FEM model of the slip through ANSYS, simulates the floor, truss, shear connector by the shell, rigid frame and connector elements. The connector elements are the key in the slip FEM analysis and this paper set up the connector elements by three upright springs. In the last, this paper proves the validity of the theory result through the result of the ANSYS program, presents the rule of the distribution of the slip on the interface between the floor of the staggered truss system and the truss, the impact factor of the slip and the effect on the deflection.
