This paper talked about some problem correlated to the Damage Boundary of the Packaging System, which is one of most important content.This paper gave a general method to solve the accelerate damage boundary(ADB) of the packaging system by finding the ADB of two representative packaging systems under type wave. As for the displacement damage boundary(DDB) of the packaging system, this paper fist defined the DDA of the bilinear packaging system under half-sine wave and other kind packaging systems by analysis. Moreover, the course of solve this kind of problem by analysis was given. Besides, one numerical method was application to define the DDA of the packaging system.Several involved factors of the damage boundary problem were shown in this paper. At the same time, the fragility was researched as a import factor and the test method with which gets the displacement fragility was firstly given. Moreover, this paper apply a way to solution the fragility with FEA as the base of simulation analysis of damage boundary with a computer.
