In this study, the weathering of coal was used as raw material, after extraction, acid hydrolysis, nitric oxidation, sulfonation and reduced methylation, the liquid and solid form of additives, two forms of humic acid system was obtained by the above modified method, and the synthesis of its coal-water slurry additive process was systematic study. The process parameters were optimized to determine as following:The process consists of six steps:①Extraction of humic acid sodium:Add 20% of the amount of NaOH (concentration of 2.5%), reaction temperature is 100℃, reaction time is 1h.②98% sulfuric acid by adding 8%(in terms of humic acid sodium), the reaction temperature is 40℃, reaction time is 0.5h.③Nitric acid oxidation of humic acid:10% of the nitrate addition amount of 15%(in terms of humic acid), the reaction temperature is 60℃, the reaction time is 0.1h;④Neutralization of nitro humic acid: the dosage of sodium hydroxide 15%(mass ratio of humic acid and nitrification), the reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 0.1h;⑤Sulfonation of humic acid sodium:sulfonating agent sodium sulfite humic acid and nitrification ratio of 15%,the reaction temperature is 60℃, the reaction time is 1.5h;⑥Methylation of humic acid sodium modified:37% of the amount of formaldehyde sulfonated humic acid salt is 2%, the reaction temperature is 100℃, the reaction time is 1h. Solid additives can also be obtained by dry.The experiment and evaluation results show that:Product into a slurry concentration increase 6%-9%(compared with the blank sample), Coal-water slurry viscosity≤1200mPa.s, stability; Slurry performance of solid-state was equivalent with liquid products.The raw material of this study is domestic and wide; the synthetic process is simple; the product is easy to put into slurry;the coal is adaptability, and with a lower price.
