Technology Research Of The Crude Oil Dehydration And The Sewage Treatment Used In The Polymer Flooding

Since many problems such as oil emulsificated seriously , seperate interface of oil & water not clear, oil dehydration and oiliness water treated difficultly of the production fluid of polymer injection blocks in Huabei Oilfield were discovered, we have studied a lot about demulsification and dehydration of production fluid involving polymer based on practical circumstances.This paper develops a kind of polymer treating agent and researches the relevent processing craft in the field. The polymer treating agent can be used to eliminate the bad effect of craft in HuaBei Oilfield. The polymer flooding or polymer-gel flooding brings about difficulty to demulsification and dehydration and sewage treating in the field. Based on different densities'of polymer in the produced fluid, through studying of the laboratory, has researched the influence rule of polymer content to demulsification and dehydration, and has determined the essential formula of polymer treating agent. The mass proportion of every components (NHS, FES, CAM) is 1:3:0.05. The essential formula can adapt to 30～60℃and react 0.5～1h. Using it can make the solution viscosity of different concentration and type polymers reduced and nearly reach to the water viscosity. It is insensitive to the oil quality so that it can use extensively. It can enhance well demulsification and dehydration and sewage treating effect of produced fluid and has weak corrosiveness to the equipments in the field if haven't changed the emulsion breaker. This polymer treating agent has already applied in field.
