In order to search the introduction compounds for new pesticide, obeying the principle of active-factor-addition, a total of two series of 20 unreported compounds shown in the formula (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) were designed and synthesized.(1). Fourteen unreported N-substituted piperidin-4-one oxime ethers derivatives (Ⅰa~Ⅰn) were synthesized with (un)substituted benzylamines or phenethylamine as raw materials via a series of Michael addition, Dieckmann condensation, hydrolysis decarboxylation reactions, oximation and etherification.(2). Six unreported optical activities N-substituted pyrrolidinyl methanol derivatives (Ⅱa~Ⅱf) were synthesized with 2-chloro-5-chloromethylpyridine (or thiazole) and L-α-proline as raw materials via esterification,N-methylation and Grignard reaction under ultrasonic radiation.All these target compounds are new compounds and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS, and elementary analysis. Their physic-chemical properties, spectrum properties, reaction conditions and synthetic methods were discussed as well. The structural formulas of compounds (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) are as follows respectively: Further more, in order to investigate the relationship between the structure of compound and its property, we nurtured and obtained two crystal structure N-(4-methylbenzyl)piperidin-4-one O-(6-chloropyridin-3-yl)methyl oxime (Ⅰk) and N-(5-chloro-2-thiazol)methyl-α,α-disphenyl-2-pyrrolidinyl methanol (Ⅱe) by single crystal X-Ray diffraction analysis, and have some basic discussion on their structures and activities.The preliminary antifungal activities test of target compounds (Ⅰ) were finished in Hua Zhong Normal University Analysis and Testing Center. The preliminary insecticide activities test of target compounds (Ⅱ) are being tested in Department of Biological test of Zhejiang Chemical Industry Research Institute. The results indicated that some of the target compounds of (Ⅰ) have good selective fungicidal activities.
