Drag reduction agent in oil fluids can improve flow quantity greatly and minish friction in a fully developed turbulent channel flow by the addition of small amounts of certain polymers.The addition of drag reduction agent improves transport capacity greatly,reduces transport cost,makes flexible transport of oil possible and reduces bearing pressure of old pipeline in constant flow quantity.At present drag reduction agent mainly is copolymers of alpha monoolefins.The polymerization process adopted by foreign companies comprises solvent polymerization and bulk polymerization.Polymers produced by bulk polymerization have merits including polymers' pureness,simple aflertreatment,improvement of molecule weight.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the front separating system of the industrial production process of DRA.Four optimized methods were put foreword according to the theoretical analysis and the experimental result of the separated purifying process.Especially a deep research on the safe disposal of metal Na in the original process was performed,the safety and performance of process were improved.The molecular sieve separating process was introduced in order to break thoroughly off the safety trouble of the metal Na,then the new process was formed and put into industrial production.The relationship between efficiency of drag reduction and factors was given by quadrature experiment of alpha olefin polymerization whose catalyst system wasβ-TiCl3-Al(Et)2Cl. According to the solution and swelling theory and the disperse system stability theory of the high polymer,three disperse systems which were alcohol base(EP-A),water base(EP-W)and oil base(EP-O)ones were pointed out and developed,against the advantages & disadvantages of several disperse systems and the actual application demand and field application demands.The temperature of the developed disperse systems ranged from -40℃to 65℃,which satisfied the different temperature resistance demands in different areas at different seasons.
