Nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds and their derivatives have found greater and greater application as intermediates of medicine, pesticide, dye and other fine chemical engineering's products. Because of their highselectivity and bioactivity, nitrogen-containing benzoheterocyclic compounds play an important role in the research and exploitation of drugs and have become the focus of research in pesticides and medicines. Benzimidazole and its derivatives possess a variety of biological characteristics, widely used as Pharmaceuticals, Pesticide, Veterinary, Fungicide, et al. Transition metal complexes of benzimidazoles also can be used as simulacrum of biology moleculars. Another important substances are transition metal complexes with cyclobenzimidazole which play an important part in simulacrum of metal. Papers to the first part seven new ferrocene benzimidazole derivatives were prepared by the reaction of ferrocenechloride with benzimidazole derivatives which three (a2,b2,c2) not reported in the literature; Four two-Benzimidazole Derivatives were synthesised with long-chain acid and o-phenylenediamine (d1, e1, f1, g1), two-Benzimidazole ferroceneacylamine (d2, e2, f2, g2) not reported in the literature was synthesized with two-Benzimidazole Derivatives and ferrocenechloride. All new compounds were characterized with IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis . On the synthesis and reaction conditions for a more detailed and in-depth discussion.HMXJ is a new aporphine alkaloid isolated from Radix caulophylli with low yield., pharmacology experimental results show that HMXJ on isolated frog hearts of myocardial contractility inhibited. The contents of HMXJ in plants is not high, the yield is low extraction and separation from Radix caulophylli, and natural medicines Radix caulophylli limited resources, chemical synthesis HMXJ Development of the hot spots. Papers to the second part of vanillin and isovanillin as the starting raw materials, through the 13-step reaction with isoquinoline ring HMXJ of a~k is an important intermediate. The important intermediate products structure are already confirmed by 1HNMR.
