Hydroxyapatite(HAP) is one of most important inorganic components. In recent years, there are active studies in the field of biomaterials to simulate natural bone. HAP was believed to be the best material for bone structure. With the development of nano-materials and nanotechnology, it was found that nano-HAP had a better biocompatibility over traditional one. The HAP in natural bone tissue was a kind of nano-HAP with a low calcium pHospHate ratio. If the implant materials could simulate both the chemical composition and nano-pHase character of human bone, the biocompatibility of the materials might achieve a great improvement.In the paper, the HAP precipitates were prepared using Ca(0H)2and H3PO4 as reactants by simultaneous titration, The resulting powders were used to prepare two kinds of new composites(HAP/chitin composite and HAP/chitin/collagen composite). Parameters Such as pH value, reactive temperature and reactive time affected the granularity and intensity of HAP powders, it showed that pH and temperature were the key factors. Microstructure was observed by SEM and TEM, pHase structure was analyzed by XRD and IR. It can be seen that the HAP synthesized was poorly crystallined nanometer crystals slightly carbonated, that homogenous particles with good dispersion are hexahedron HAP, the average major axial diameter of the particle size is about 80 nm and the average minor axial diameter is about 30 nm; In the HAP/chitin composite, the HAP synthesized was poorly crystallited nanometer crystals slightly carbonated. The diameter of the HAP was 30-100nm, The crystallites were dispersed in chitin pHase. The IR spectra band of acyl of chitin synthesized moved to low wave number, it revealed that there were some interaction between the two pHases, the few bonding are present between nano-HAP and chitin. The true density of the composites was 3. 06g/cm3. The injection experiment of composites were performed, while 1 gram composites was dissolved in 1. 3 ml of water, the composite materials had the best property for injection. The grain of the HAP was 75-450nm, there were strong interaction between the chitin and the collagen .
