In recent years, many heterocyclic derivatives (the pyrrole sulfides, triazine derivatives, pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives and ferrocene heterocyclic derivatives) have shown high biological and physiological activities, such as insecticidal, fungicidal, herbicidal, antitumor and antihypertensive activities. These heterocyclic compounds have played important roles in agrochemical and pharmaceutical fields, and exhibited well prospect. On the basis of these ideas, 4 series including 26 new heterocyclic compounds were synthesized, all compounds have been characterized by EA, IR and 1H NMR. Some of them have been further confirmed by 13C NMR, HMBC, HMQC, MS and X-ray Diffraction. There are four parts in this paper:In the first part, six new l-phenyl-2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-4-hydroxy-4-aryl -4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-5-thiones were synthesized by use of a-substituted benzyolthioformanilides and cyano ethylacetate in the presence of NaOH. Unexpective bis(2-ammo-3-ethoxycarbonyl-l-phenyl-4-aryl-1H-pyrrole-5-yl)disurfides and di((2-amino-3-ethoxycarbonyl-l-phenyl-4-aryl-1H-pyrrole-5-yl) surfide were obtained in the presence of ethanol and acetic acid under microwave irradiation.Five triazinylhydrazine were synthesized in the second part through cyclization ofα-substituted benzyolthioformanilides with aminothiourea, which established foundation for future research. In the third part, five new dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines were synthesized in one-pot by use of 4-ethoxycarbonyl-5-amino-lH-pyrazole, malonitrile and substituted benzaldehydes, the method has not been reported up to now.The 2-Amino-3-cyano-4-ferrocenyl-7,7-dimethyl-5-oxo-4H-5,6,7,8-tetrahedron benzo[b]pyran and 5-(ferrocenylmethylidene)thiobarbituric acid were obtained in the last part under the catalysis of ionic liquid at the first time.
