Glyphosate is a safety, high efficiency, low toxicity, low residual and common herbicide. Recently, many domestic companies that produce glyphosate are low automation level, high labor intensity, low productivity, low production quality and badly influence product competition. It is so significant that the application of computer control technique of batch synthetic process of glyphosate can stabilize and improve production quality, reduce consumption, increase labor productivity and safety in production, strengthen company integration competition.The synthesizing process of glyphosate is a typical batch production process, has the feature with complex synthesize mechanism, high control accuracy, high control difficulty, etc. Based on overall analyzed each section in the synthesizing process of glyphosate, aim at different reaction process, the corresponding control strategies are provided, involving the control scheme of synthesizing process, hydrolyze process, callback process, synthesizing and batching of dimethyl ester. The intelligent control strategy is provided for synthesizing process. Temperature precision is reach at±1℃. The ratio coefficient on-line modify iterative algorithm is successfully applied in the double closed loop ratio control system of synthesizing and batching of dimethyl ester.Distributed control system (DCS) is adopted. Firstly, the point and type of input-output is concluded. Via selecting corresponding hardware and software of control station, assisted equipment, the control system of the synthesizing process of glyphosate is put into use successfully by configuration and debugging. Data acquisition and real time control is realized. It is provide a platform for process modeling and optimizing control.After manual operation is replaced by computer control, the control system operate safely, steadily and reliably, meet the requirement of production, the product conversion has been stabilized above 70%. It avoids the man-made operation misses, lightens the labor intensity of workers, raise labor production efficiency. Therefore, the economic benefits are also distinct, barely the expense of raw material spared adds up to¥1,000,000 and more.
