The City's Ecological Environment Water Demand Calculation Method

The city of our country is confronted with a great deal of ecological environmental problems at present, such as the constant shrinkage of the river system, the aggravating of inland lake eutrophication, the more and more worsening of water environmental quality, and the declining of urban water ecosystem etc. Hereby this paper presents a brief statement of the current investigation and the trend of ecological and environmental water requirement of the city and studys the calculational methods of the ecological and environmental water requirement of the city. Take Jinan for example, concerning the pollution prombles in rivers and lakes at present, according to the related standard regulations to adapt the optimization disposition concrete demand of water environment government and the water resources in Jinan, the method of the investigation combined with theoretical analysis is adopted to calculate the ecological environmental water requirement of main rivers and the lakes. Meanwhile, the relative systems software is programmed for calculation. It's a main task to solve the shortage of water resource and ecological environmental problem of Jinan at present. The investigation of ecological environmental water requirement is of great realistic significance for protecting and resuming ecological environmental function of Jinan city.Through analysis of concrete problems, the calculating and analyzing of the ecological environmental water requirements of city is available by means of the calculational methods and systemic software proposed in this dissertaion. This paper develops the work in the following aspects on the basis of forefathers' research:(1) The research progress of the ecological and environmental water requirement in the city about domestic and international ecological environment is summed up. The conception, the range as well as the calculated frame structure of the ecological and environmental water requirement of the city are discussed briefly.(2) The computing technology of ecological and environmental water requirement are introduced in brief, and an optimization model about ecological and environmental water requirement is proposed.(3) The current situation of water resources and ecology and environment of Jinan is discussed, and the optimization model that proposed in this paper is applied to calculation of the ecological and environmental water requirement of Xiaoqing river and Daming Lake based on the research for pollution and water quality of Jinan. Moreover, the ecological and environmental water requirement in different program years is forecasted.(4) Through the application of the computer language — Visual FoxPro, the analysis system of ecological and environmental water requirement in Jinan is developed.
