This text studies the relation of molecule structure of hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymer (HAWP) with its viscoelasticity property and flowing mobile property in porous media. It was proved that the more hydrohobically associative group in the chain the more viscoelasticity, the more molecule weight the more associated structure strength, when the frequency is equal to 1 Hz. Make use of the specific value( GV G") of the storage modulus and loss modulus to research the polymer aqua viscoelasiticity, and it was found that the viscoelasticity of polymer solution was influenced by hydro water associative group amount when in low angle frequency, and it was affected by molecule weight when in high angle frequency, and there is a transition area between low frequency and high frequency. The viscoelasticity of polymer solution was influenced by both hydrohobically associative group amount and molecule weight in the transition area. The ability to make viscosity increase is direct ratio to the number of hydrohobically associative group in the molecule chain. The polymer with best elasticity should have proper molecule weigh and proper hydrohobically associative group number.It was proved that HAWP polymer is with more resistance flow index(RF), residual resistance flow index(RRF) and viscidity in core flowing. All hydrohobically associative polymer studied shed expanding property. The aqueous of polymers shed viscoelastic while flooding speed was in 0.5~5m/d (meter per day) .The effective viscosity of HAWP polymer is higher than KYPAM with the same apparent viscosity. It proved that the elastic of HAWP Polymer is higher than KYPAM.With the same apparent viscosity and lower flooding speed, the less molecule weigh and the more associative group number in the HAWP polymer, the more effective viscosity its aqueous has than those with higher molecule weigh and less associative group number. It is opposite while it was in higher flooding speed.The study on RF and RRF and effective viscosity proved that HAWP polymer with higher molecule weight and less associative group number should be selected while the flooding speed is higher and core with poor penetrablity. It is opposite while the condition changed.Oil flooding test proved that the result of the aqueous of HAWP polymer with higher viscosity and elastic was better. There is a best flooding speed so that the more oil was got. The best flooding speed is between 2m/d~3m/d while the polymer aqueous apparent viscosity is 50 mpa.s and the penetrablity of core is 400md. The study on residual oil in the core showed that the result of flooding residual oil order is HAWP polymer better than KYPAM, and KYPAMbetter than glycerol.
