With the gradual exploiting of the eastern Oil field at home, the water cut isincreasing gradually and the water content ratio of the oilfield is increasing with year, which reducing to the produced water throughput increasing quickly and the disposaldifficulty becoming harder and harder, and bringing great trouble in the stable productionof the oilfield and environment protection. At the same time, along with the appliedscope of the ternary recovery is further enlarged, and the fresh water source which isused for confecting polymer solution becomes more and more short, on the other hand, the produced water in the oilfield can't be re-injected by the same amount, which is notonly reducing to the resource waste, but also increasing the operation cost of oilfield. Itbecomes more and more important that we confect polymer solution making use ofproduced water of oilfield. But compared to the fresh water, these are a great deal ofanaerobic bacterium, such as sulfate return to original state fungus SRB, saprophyticbacteria TGB, and so on. There is degradation of these bacterium to polymer solution, which reducing to the viscosity of polymer solution debasing. So in order to reducing andeliminate the effect of SRB or other anaerobic bacterium to produced water polymersolution, we adopt the method of aerobic disposal produced water in the pilot test.Although there are inhibitory and germicidal actions in the produced water by aerobicdisposal, the excessive of aerobic disposal will reducing to the fracture of polymermolecular chains and infect the viscosity of polymer solution. Therefore, the key ofsuccess that applying the aerobic disposal technique to produced water is applying thesuitable aerobic disposing. Therefore, the influence of these factors, which are quantityof bacterium in produced water, aerobic quantity and aerobic occasion, in the anaerobiccondition on the stability of polymer solution has becoming problems pressing forsolutions, also there are far -reaching realistic significance on improving chemistrydisplacement efficiency. Aiming at the actual demanding in pilot test, we research intothe stability influence of the oxygen to polymer solution making use of the experimentmethod of anaerobic and aerobic indoors, at the same time, we also make someevaluation on the sterilization effect in the condition of anaerobic and aerobic. Theresearch results show, the viscosity of polymer solution confected by the aerobicproduced water is higher than that by the anaerobic produced water. The reasonableconcentration level of produced water aerobic concentration is about 6mg/l.
