Disproportionated rosin is one of the most important products of modified rosin, having wide range of application. Up to the present, Pb/C catalyst is the best catalyst to produce disproportionated rosin in industy. However, the content of Palladium in the earth's crust is very rare, Palladium is very expensive, and mainly acquired by import. Unprecious metal catalyst used in rosin disproportionated reaction, has been a common concern topic of the researchers. In the paper, nano-technology has been applied to catalytic preparation, unprecious metal nanometer catalyst with higher activity used in rosin disproportionated reaction has been developed; the craftwork and kinetics of rosin disproportion and the structure and property of the catalyst have been researched. The whole process is divided into four parts which are as follows:1) The examination of catalytic preparation and property. Examined the catalytic kinds, preparative methods and preparative conditions, it is found that AH prepared by sol-gel-precipitation method has higher activity. Its preparative conditions are as follows: The water bath temperature is T1, the pH value is X3, the bake temperature is t3, and reduction temperature is Tc.2) The discussion of disproportionated rosin's preparation and conclusion. By examining the preparative craftwork of disproportionated rosin, it has been found the best preparative conditions: reactive temperature is 270℃, reactive time is 3 hour and the content of catalyst is 2.5%.3) Investigation were undertaken on the intrinsic kinetics of catalytic disproportionation of rosin on AH at 240270℃. It has been found that the reaction of rosin disproportionation is an first order reaction, the activation energy E=184.80kJ.mol-1, pre-exponential factor A=1.453 × 1016min-1.4) Catalytic physical properties has been characterized by BET. Results suggest that: a) When activity components are same, catalyst activity and specific surface area becomes the direct proportion.The specific surface area is more big, the catalyst activity is more high;b) When the specific surface area is same, the activity component distributes the outward sueface in bottom thing, the catalyst activity is high.
