Melting Full Of Argon Gas Shielded Arc Weld Pool Visual Inspection And Information Processing

A real-time photo-collecting system based on weld pool top-detection with computer vision is designed and built up. At the short moment, legible image of weld pool is shot with the near-infrared CCD and composed filter technology through the characteristic analysis of MAG welding. The problem of arc light disturbing the image of is effectively solved. The weld pool geometrical parameters from topside of workpiece are picked up through image manipulation. The arithmetic wears 142ms off and fulfills real-time vision monitoring and weld pool image manipulation. The software system selects C++ BUILDER. To analyze the geometrical parameters of weld pool with welding parameters, it summarizes that different welding parameters influence the geometrical parameters of weld pool. The relational model of the weld pool topside geometrical parameters with the penetration is designed.
