This thesis studies optimized Temperature-programmed for gas chromatography by the method of gridding search. And validated the optimal results of linear temperature-programmed, one step temperature-programmed, linear temperature-programmed under different pressure or flow volume. In the first chapter, a brief reviews of the methods of optimized temperature-programmed for gas chromatography was given. In the second chapter, the logical structure and the virtue, the disadvantage of the method of gridding search were introduced. In the third chapter, the calculating matrixes of optimized temperature-programmed for gas chromatography by the method of gridding search were introduced. In the fourth chapter, two different polarity capillary columns, the OV-101 non-polarity column and the PEG-20M polarity column, were used to validate the optimized results of linear temperature-programmed, one step temperature-programmed, linear temperature-programmed under different pressure for gas chromatography. In the fifth chapter, four different polarity packed columns, the SE-30 non-polarity column, the DC-710 mid-polarity column, the PEG-20M polarity column, and the G.D.X.-103 solid adsorption stationary phase packed column, were used to validate the optimized results of linear temperature-programmed, one step temperature-programmed, linear temperature-programmed under different pressure for gas chromatography.
