In Yan’an, the corrosion problem of pipeline transportation not only brings serious econmic loss, but aslo cause casualties. The combined inhibitor can not only reduce the waste caused by corrosion, also avoid the pipe corrosion and pipeline equipment used to fix a few years in the protecting pipeline of work, avoiding the cost of caused by changing facilities. Corrosion caused by the economic loss is enormous, therefore, the protecting of pipeline work is inevitable in the transport of oil and gas pipeline.By the means of static coupon and SEM method, the combined inhibitor was prepared with imidazole and surfactant or imidazole and auxiliary in different mass concentrations. The corrosion inhibition performances on N80 steel and A3 steel were analyzed.The combined inhibitor was prepared with imidazole and auxiliary. The corrosion inhibition performances on N80 steel and A3 steel were analyzed by the means of static coupon and SEM method. The results showed that, the corrosion rate of N80 steel and A3 steel could reach more than 74% and 87% respectively. The corrosion inhibition performances of combined inhibitor that consisted of 0.8%(wt%) and imidazole methylbutynol with the ratio of 100:10(V%) was better. The SEM results showed that, adding the combined inhibitor, the surface corrosion of N80 steel and A3 steel has been well suppressed, the crack reduced significantly. Then the combined inhibitor was prepared with imidazole and 1-Chlorododecane. The results showed that, the corrosion rate of N80 steel and A3 steel could reach more than 68.9% and 84.5% respectively. The corrosion inhibition performances of combined inhibitor that consisted of 0.8%(wt%) and imidazole methylbutynol with the ratio of 100:20(V%) was better. The SEM results showed that, adding the combined inhibitor, the surface corrosion of N80 steel and A3 steel has been well suppressed, the crack reduced significantly.
