Therefore, the contents and the stability of vitamin B1 in infant formula milk powder are important.. Vitamin Bi is a kind of low molecular compound that the body maintains normal metabolism and function. It is one of the important nutrition elements of human body, must be obtained from food. People in the daily diet, in addition to containing a variety of protein, fat, oleic acid, which contains a lot of vitamin B1, somehow it can meet the needs of the body of vitamin B1, human daily requirement of vitamin B1 differences due to many reasons, such as physical, occupational, disease, living environment and other different will be caused to different amount of people’s demand of vitamin B1.
