A New Synthesis Of Sialic Acid Donor And Glycosylation Reaction

The dissertation describes a new synthesis of sialic acid donor, and studied its effect glycosylation reaction. From N-acetylneuraminic acid, via multi-step reaction, synthesis of thio-trifluoromethyl imidate donor. Explore the optimal glycosylation reaction conditions and applicability.Three chapters are included in this thesis:Chapter One is the preface, mainly introduces the structure and properties of sialic acid;some methods commonly used in sialylation reaction.Chapter Two describes the methods for the synthesis of unmodified and modified sialic donors from N-acetylneuraminic acid.Chapter Three introduces the optimization process of sialylation and discuss its applicable scope.
