A variety of contaminants exist on the surface of the cold-rolled strip steel sheets in the production processes, because the quality of the coating and pre-treatment process is related, so in order to ensure the quality of the coating,the contaminants on the surface of the cold-rolled strip steel must be removed,that is degreasing treatment. In this paper, the optimum degreasing process of degreaser A is tested through artificial oil and drip experiments, such as temperature, current density, plate mode and so on.In addition, the surface status of different substrate is studied by surface morphology,surface roughness and electrochemical test methods and so on, the smooth fluid maximum content in the degreaser is researched by salt spray test and electrochemical test and other methods, and the quality of tin coating is influenced by degreasing process and degreaser,which is studied by Hull tank experiments and electrochemical testing.Experimental results show that, when the temperature is 60 ℃, a current density of 15A/dm2, the workpiece as the cathode, the degreasing effect of degreasing agent A is best, the activity of the surface of specimen is highest,and when plated, the corrosion resistance and uniformity of the coating is high;the roughness of DR material is smaller,the activity of the surface is high, and the corrosion resistance of material is high, after plating, the uniformity and the corrosion resistance of the coating is higher; the maximum content of smooth liquid in the degreaser is 5% by the results of salt spray test and electrochemical test, when the content is less than 5%, the degreasing effect and the activity of the surface of sample are not influenced, when the content is more than 5%, the degreasing effect is influenced,and the activity of the surface of sample is reduced, what is more, the quality of the coating is influenced, easily leak plating, crystallization loose, the grain size is thick, and the corrosion resistance is bad.The quality of tin coating and the substrate is influenced by the residual degreaser.The results showed that, the less degreaser, the better surface active of thesteel sheets, the better coating adhesion, the stronger corrosion resistance.
