As the country’s increasing emphasis on metal mine production safety work, the demand of modern management metallic ore, metal ore mine personnel positioning and safety monitoring systems are increasingly reflected its importance. They have an important role in metal mine safety production. The majority of the proposed positioning system at China and abroad have many drawbacks to such imprecise positioning, equipment power consumption, poor performance of the network organization, which will affect the final mine rescue personnel, resulting in unnecessary loss of personnel. Visible, Positioning systems designed in high accuracy and stability has a research value.This paper is based on the Zigbee wireless sensor network technology.Due to the shortage of positioning system to do the demand analysis,including the positioning characteristics, positioning function and performance requirements of environment of underground mine personnel.On the basis of the demand analysis,in-depth study of the commonly used positioning technology,finally,choosing the RSSI positioning technology to achieve the positioning process.Taking the demand analysis and RSSI algorithm as a basis for designing the model of mine positioning system,model consists of two parts:well and underground,underground is to build the hardware equipment of the network environment,the well is the prototype positioning software system of administrator;in the process of designing positioning system model,in-depth study of the process of the positioning model and analysis of active and passive location positioning process put the building network hardware environment on a solid theoretical foundation.After it is familiar with hardware devices of Zigbee,setting up the network environment in the laboratory,making the localization testing to verify the normal operation of equipment.In order to meet the certain precision of positioning,doing related research of the reference node deployment,finally,the deployment of,an appropriate number of,reference nodes,and the appropriate,reference,node spacing,attain,more precise positioning.The establishment of Zigbee wireless network environment has a certain accuracy and has the second development,designing the main function modules,including two core function of the software personnel positioning and track playback,setting an effective positioning prototype system for underground personnel positioning.Through the in-depth study on the subject,the research results of this paper are:Based on the analysis of the environment,function and performance of the personnel positioning are improved;the system model applies to most of the current domestic small and medium-sized coal mine;researching the Zigbee positioning equipment of ChengduWuxianlong company and testing the correlation of reference node and the positioning accuracy;software system achieves the personnel positioning and track playback, which has a great help in the practice of the rescue work.
