In this paper, the Taihu Lake as a research target, the use of MODIS and HJ-1A / B image its monitoring and early warning, monitoring range segment for the year 2009-2013. Taihu Lake in the field experimental data sampling to establish normal lake water, water blooms in varying degrees, the spectral curve of water samples aquatic area, explore the spectral differences between normal lake water and algae bloom water. Use feature selection to identify differences in the spectral characteristics of the model routine monitoring of water blooms of algae bloom in Taihu Lake of the situation for a long time monitoring and recording, respectively, spatial distribution, start time, and the outbreak area, and the outbreak frequency, duration, years of evolution characteristics has been analyzed. Select the water temperature, sunshine duration, wind speed, rainfall, four factors analyzed meteorological factors and the blue-green algae bloom relationship. Combined Taihu water quality data and meteorological data to establish algal blooms in early warning models and model validation. Conclusions are as follows:1. MODIS and HJ-1A / B data can be effectively used spectral curves similar vegetation water blooms of blue-green algae blooms in Taihu Lake area of remote sensing to monitor and blooms recognition accuracy rate of more than 90%.2. Statistics showed that Taihu water distribution trends in the space between the different years of the same. Algae strength from the general trend of the southwest coast, Zhu Lake and Meiliang Lake area east showed a decreasing trend; blooms around the start time distribution is made to the lake from the west to the east of the trend.3. The same time the water temperature and chlorophyll a concentration higher correlation of different regions at the same time, the average temperature of water in Taihu Lake, algae ’s influence overall trend; bright sunshine duration of algal blooms in suitable conditions, the summer sunshine time 9h favorable value fall sunshine time 8.69 h favorable value winter sunshine time 8.4h favorable value; size wind drift and diffusion related to cyanobacteria, algae at an average wind speed of about 2m/s in the state, easily float up and aggregation process that occurs when the average wind speed inhibited greater than 4m/s bloom formation; rainfall and algal blooms negatively related trend, the previous day after day rainfall can cause algal blooms in Taihu Lake area is relatively reduced.4. Cyanobacteria Bloom in Taihu model predictions within 48 hours consistent with actual water bloom in Taihu Lake, the precision to meet the Taihu Lake water pollution prevention requirements.
