Therefore, the project development and construction is very necessary.This paper USES the theory of construction project feasibility study, using theory analysis and practice proof, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation, the method of the combination of the weifang 3 sets of a thermal power plant boiler desulfurization projects has carried on the comprehensive analysis, this paper studies the main contents are:(1) from the meaning of construction project feasibility study, train of thought, content and basic steps, etc., this paper expounds the construction project feasibility study of scientific theory and method;(2) from the project general situation, natural condition, social condition and social economic benefits and so on has carried on the detailed analysis to the project implementation environment demonstrates the feasibility of the project is running environment;(3)from the choice of the desulfurization process, the construction conditions, the desulfurization desulfurization engineering idea and conservation and rational utilization of energy and so on has carried on the technical feasibility analysis to the project, demonstrates the feasibility of the project is technically;(4) from the investment estimation, economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits,etc., has carried on the comprehensive analysis and evaluation to the project.Through the comparative study at present commonly used many kinds of desulfurization technology at home and abroad, recommend this project adopts the double alkaline desulfurization process. The desulfurization technology mature, stable operation, can achieve high efficiency and a good operating performance, both at home and abroad equipment localization rate is higher, also accord with national technology policy and industrial policy.
