In recent years ,the economic has a great development in China especially on Shanghai, at the same time ,the haze day also frequentiy occure on the Shanghai, it not only has an impact on traffic safety, resulting in decreased crop yields, but also seriously affects peoples physical and mental health, therefore, It has a great significance in comprehensive utilizating of ground observation data of the haze factor in Shanghai, studing the economic and health risk on the population ,and last it can help forecasing the haze in Shanghai, controlling  and impacting assessments. In this thesis, the using of environmental science, environmental economics, epidemiology and other disciplines, theories and methods, combined with literature search, data collection, theoretical analysis and case studies and other methods of valuation of health damage and assess the theoretical basis of the object was constructed atmospheric particulate matter health damage valuation methodology and the methodology used in Haze Pollution in Shanghai .In the thesis , the use of the data taking from the Environmental Monitoring Center in Shanghai and the number of respiratory out-patient data from the 6 hospital in Shanghail during the haze day, and to study the health hazards caused by PM2.5 and the economic loss caused by the  haze pollution and the relationgship between the the number of respiratory clinics and the concentration of PM2.5/10; achieved the following results:1. Haze pollution is air pollution effects on respiratory out-patient number of the same effect with a lag, which broke out when the haze period, the response of haze during the haze period corresponding to the average daily number of respiratory clinics were significantly more than the daily average haze period out-patient number, the haze of pollution on human respiratory system diseases, effects of a lagged effect.2. The results showed that: in the haze day, when the average concentration of PM10 increase 50μg/m3 , the  average number of the outpatient service and pediatric clinic increased 3% and 0.5%, when the average concentration of PM2.5 increase 34μg/m3 ,the average number of the outpatient service and pediatric clinic increased 1.9%and3.2%,Also, the pollution of PM10 and PM2.5 has a larger cumulative effects on the number of outpatient service. And the accumulation effect will be To maximize after 6 days behind the haze pollution. Thus, PM2.5,PM10 which were taken during the haze of pollution in shanghai, has certain influence on the average number of outpatient service, pediatric clinic.3. The results show that, the economic loss of 7.248 billion yuan was becausing of the health hazard caused by haze pollution, and taking up about 0.49% in the GDP of Shanghai, in 2009. Thus speculate: The resident's health hazards and economic loss caused by the current levels of the haze pollution in Shanghai is significant.
