Individual Spatial Distribution The Qinling Chuan Golden Monkey (rhinopithecus Roxellana) Unit Of Society

In non-human primate polygamy society,relationships among individuals not distributed randomly.Researchers have been described the pattern of one-male unit as a star-shape sociogram.In a one-male unit(OMU),the affiliation between leader male and females or the affiliation between a female and other females,composition of the one-male unit.Base on a continuous observation of a reproductive group of golden snub-nosed monkey in Qinling Mountains,we found that when monkeys were rested,the female individual have a tendency to close to their leader male.However,because every OMU has more than one female,such Opportunities can not satisfy every females,the female also have a tendency to close to other females in their unit,but we have not found difference(n =20,Mann-Whitney test U=162,P＞0.05).When a female want to groom other individuals,the female like to groom their leader male than other females(n=40, Mann-Whitney test U=102,P＜0.05).When return social behavior,between being groomed by leader male and being groomed by other females,we can not found difference (n=20,Mann-Whitney test U=140,P＞0.05)).In correlation analysis,a female grooming leader male and leader male return groom have correlation(R=0.382,P＜0.05)and a female grooming other females and other females return groom also have correlation (R=0.387,P＜0.05).Especially,a female active close to other females and other females return close have a obvious correlation(R=0.741,P＜0.01).The result proves,the interaction between female with leader male and interaction among females is no distinctive difference.The sociogram can not support the star-shape sociogram model.At the same time,among females exist a potential alliance,but the potential alliance in one-male unit is not very obvious.
