It is significant to do research on landslide for disaster prevention and mitigation. Landslide prevention and treatment is a geological environment issue which we have devoted ourselves to tackle. Data model is an expression and description of the real world, a bridge to contact the real world with computer world, a way for people to understand things. And it directly determines their depth and breadth of understanding of things.Landslide is a kind of Geological Engineering body existing in three-dimensional space.The digital landslide based on GIS and related to information technology must exist in a true three-dimensional space.The digital landslide technology has to complete the expression of landslide based on the principle of geology in the three-dimension space.Therefore,the research on the three-dimensional data model in the key technical issue for that on digital landslide technology and its application.This article does research on the spatial data model and application of digital landslide:(1) In learning and summarization of the digital landslide related on the basis of research achievements of information science theory, we use the Landslide learn and digital earth technology to discuss the digital landslide concept and digital landslide frame system systematically deeply;the article analyzes the content, function and construction methods of the digital landslide infrastructure platform, application service platform ,professional application and decision support platform .(2) Discuss the key technical problem of the spatial data model of digital landslide. Analyzes the main factors and data of describing landslide, introduces digital landslide that could apply to the three-dimensional surfaces model and body model and analyses , compares modeling methods characteristics of the single three-dimension modeling, mix of three-dimension modeling and integration of three-dimension modeling,etc.(3) Discuss the object-oriented integrated three-dimension spatial data model.Put forward object-oriented concept of spatial data model, and Uses object-oriented method for the abstracted classification of digital landslide space entity .Discuss the digital landslide space entity object logic model. Discuss the idea of object-oriented software engineering and object-oriented modeling method.(4) A digital landslide experiment system is established combining with engineering examples of landslide. Results based on the theoretical analysis uses ArcGIS Engine AO modular technology and C# development language to design and develop experiment system, uses the relation database of Geodatabase to realize its resources. Digital landslide experimental system realizes the basic functions in the drilling and stratum of inquires, visualization and spatial analysis, this paper shows a part of experimental results of the object-oriented integrated three-dimension spatial data model .
