| The financial crisis has brought a great challenge to Chinese economy, especially for heavy export-dependent manufacturing sector. For the consumption emergency of energy and resource and the severely damaged ecological environment, Chinese government has proposed the sustainable development planning and logistics revitalization plan, promote the development of green economy, energy saving and emission reduction, encouraged enterprises to carry out scientific and technological and independent innovation to speed up the industrial restructuring and achieve the conversion in the pattern of economic development. At the same time, the consumer awareness of green consumption and environmental protection has been enhanced and reflected in the course of product purchase, the series of phenomenon along with a number laws and regulations which developed by foreign government for green barriers, lead to the more difficult situation for Chinese manufacturing industry.Increasing competitive environment and the seller's market transform into buyer's market under market economy, which require manufacturers to change their operation and management ideas and cooperate with suppliers and customers closely to achieve win-win of the whole supply chain.These two reasons prompted the application and development of green supply chain management in Chinese manufacturing industry, with the advent of the information age, information system integration becomes particularly important because it can effectively share information with all cooperation parties, facilitate all parties to make scientific decision-making, keep sensitive with the consumer demand change to carry out flexible production.In this process, the core manufacturing enterprise in the supply chain becomes particularly important.For the above reasons, this paper studied the green supply chain management theory development and enterprise information system integration theory and models at home and abroad as a base, combined with supply chain management theory, product life-cycle theory, the theory of circular economy, sustainable development theory and thinking of lean production and agile manufacturing, then focused on analyzing the characteristics of Chinese manufacturing industry and demonstrated the importance of supplier relationship management, introduced the thinking of bi-directional logistics, proposed the three-tier core manufacturing enterprise application information system integration model based on the green supply chain management on the base of linking of current important enterprise application information systems including supplier relationship management, supply chain management, customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning, analyzed the model from the views of the various subsystem, all levels and all involved parties, then selected Haier group which is the leading enterprises of domestic appliance industry in which the green supply chain management theory have been developed relatively well, at last presented some worth learning proposal for relevant enterprises.The focus and principal innovation of this paper was that proposed the three-tier core manufacturing enterprise application information system integration model based on the green supply chain management which combined the green supply chain management with the enterprise information system integration in the first, with emphasis on the analysis of the model from three views, then demonstrated the advantages of the model through the case analysis method, at last proposed some suggestion for related enterprises. This paper was designed for making some theoretical contribution to enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing industry, improve resource utilization, protect the ecological environment and promote the growth of green economy and sustainable development, then achieved the win-win in economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefit for all cooperative enterprises of supply chain. |
