Along with the fast development of social economy,sustainable utilization of land resources have beening stress, the regulatory effect of general land use planning to reasonable utilization of land resource becomes increasingly obvious. General land use planning emphasizes the unity of resources, society, ecological benefits and sustainable utilization of land resources and becomes the hot issues for many scholars to research, but the present research mainly concentrated on the aspect of the distribution of land resources, utilization and prediction for general land use planning, landscape ecology under general land use planning was a few reported.Landscape space pattern study is one of cores of landscape ecology, evaluated landscape pattern change and the effect of ecological process of land use planning implementation can provide a new way of land use plan making.Yongchun county has typical representativeness in the coastal mountainous county in Fujian province,the study choosed Yongchun for the research target, based on land-use map, planning map and landscape ecology theory, using GIS technology generating land use landscape classification map for different times, choose landscape indexes and use Fragstats to calculate, analysis the landscape pattern change in Yongchun county. Based on the sensitivity of ecological environment evaluation and clustering partition in 2005, put forward landscape ecological function district in 2005 in Yongchun to evaluate rationality of comprehensive regionalization of land utilization in 2020, make suggestions for landscape pattern optimization and planning revision in the end. The results showed that:1. The whole landscape pattern mainly controled by the natural and agricultural utilization landscape types, such as farmland, garden land, woodland; waters, construction land and mining area was inlaying with low patches; each type of landscape have high contagin index, landscape in the spatial distribution showing inequalization; landscape has high diversity, high heterogeneity; forest landscape have been matrix of the holistic landscape, control ecology processes of whole landscape.2. On the landscape level, the largest landscape is forest landscape,the smallest is mining area; farmland, garden land have high evenness in landscape; construction land has the most patch number, scattered in the study area because of the interference of human activities; forest landscape has low landscape fragmentation because of the matrix and big area of patches.3. Landscape type composition changed obviously from 1996 to 2005.Landscape patch numbers increasing greater, construction land increasing most; all the natural and agricultural utilization landscape types decreased, construction land area increasing greater, others a little change. Patch becomes dispersed, aggregation degree decline, patch shape becomes simple, landscape diversity, landscape fragmentation degree of holistic landscape and evenness index increased, landscape dominance get lower.4. Compared general land use planning with landscape pattern by 2005 and 2020, nature landscape change slowly and sloping land agricultural utilization, construction land changed obviously, graden area and construction land area increased greatly, patch numbers declined, others be disturbed relatively small change softly, patch shape becomes regular. On landscape level, landscape fragmentation is decreasing, while the diversity and evenness are rising, heterogeneity is decreasing, the whole landscape becomes homogenized reflect this general land use planning has higher scientificity and rationality.5. According to administrative region for research scale, using relative change rate on landscape type of land use analysis of the changes in the spatial distribution of landscape types, and analyze the rule of spatial-temporal variability of landscape pattern from quantity and landscape pattern index change to provide partitioning standards of landscape ecological division and land-use regionalization.6. Established landscape pattern index system which can summarized landscape pattern characteristics as Yongchun county, using cluster analysis method to divide clustering partition, combined the results of eco-environment sensitivity estimation to divide landscape ecological function district, analysis and comparison comprehensive regionalization of land utilization upon general land use planning in 2020, founding that comprehensive regionalization of land utilization has higher scientificity, The results show that the partition upon landscape pattern of land-use and optimization can be as an important basis of land use planning optimized layout of land utilization.
