| In the resources of modern electric power projects, human resources are the most difficult to control, but they are the most flexible and play a leading role. Based on Guantao bio-power plant hosting project, the author studied human resource management from the perspective of team construction, performance evaluation and compensation management.This text studied how to prepare the human resource requirement plan, so as to determine organization structure and the number of personnel recruiting. On this basis, analyzing how to build and construct the project team. And then, the author use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on quantized treatment of performance evaluation, and treat the result of evaluation as the accounting basis of salary, so to set a fair compensation system. The methods of human resources management in different projects are different, the author hope to provide reference for later human resource management through this study. |
