The energy-saving power dispatching is a great reform to current pattern of power generation dispatch in our country, and it can effectively decrease the energy consumption and pollutant emission by power industry, but the change of dispatching mode involved will bring about an impact on the profit allocation of all parties, so the exploitation of effective solutions is urgent. The paper analyses the effect of Energy-saving generation dispatching to Power Market, based on the core content of the energy-saving power dispatching, this paper firstly proposes the interests adjustment measures for the small-scale thermal units during the transition period, then optimize the energy-saving sort table and establishes a fuzzy bi-object optimization model which considers both cost and energy saving. The numerical result shows that the model is effective and the algorithms right. Furthermore, it also shows that this model matches with the rules of energy optimization and with broad practicable significance. The proposed models could be an effective way of carrying out energy-saving generation in China. |
