Research On The Mechanism How The Chinese And Foreign Alliances Affect The Independent Innovation Capability Of Chinese Enterprises

In the knowledge economy times, more and more multinational companies form technology alliance to seek technological progress and enhance the capability of independent innovation. It is directly related to the company's survival whether correctly understand the alliance and properly use of the alliance to improve the capability of independent innovation. Existing researchers, explore a company how to make use of the technology alliance to enhance the innovation capability from one of specific factors such as enterprise learning ability, or the level of IPR protection in host country. But it is a "black box" between these factors and the ability to improve business innovation. What is the mechanism through which the various factors affect the improvement of innovative capability? How do the various factors influence in an integrated mechanism? There is currently very little literature on this study. This article is to open this "black box" and to study the mechanism through which impact the independent innovation capability of Chinese enterprises based on the perspective of Chinese and Foreign Enterprise Technology Alliance and under the conditions of globalization. In the end we establish a unified and systematic framework to integrate the various influencing factors.On the basis of the extensive literature review, this paper summarized the mechanisms as follows:the benefits feedback and costs-risk-sharing mechanism, the cross-platform of technical knowledge mechanism, the learning process of the technical knowledge mechanism. In this paper, we analyze three kinds of mechanisms in details and do empirical validation by the software of SPSS and AMOS. In the end, this study reached several important conclusions:Firstly, the benefits feedback and costs-risk-sharing mechanisms play a major role in technology alliance in the present stage of China in the three kinds of mechanisms. This indicates that Chinese enterprises must pay attention to benefits returns and risk-sharing access in the formation of technology alliances, the alliance can not survive and the enhancement of the ability of independent innovation does not arise without revenue.Secondly, the cross-platform of technical knowledge mechanism does not play a direct role on the improvement of the independent innovation capability, but through the other two mechanisms. This shows that the essence of the technology alliance is to build a platform for the other two mechanisms. The revenue feedback and cost-risk-sharing mechanisms and the learning process of the technical knowledge mechanisms occurred on this platform.Finally, we study the learning process of the technical knowledge mechanisms in detail. In the theoretical and empirical support, we summarize this mechanism as:articulation of the technical knowledge, sharing of the technical knowledge sharing and the internalization of the technical knowledge. These three steps influence each mutually, intertwined closely. However, the step of the internalization plays the key role.
