Recently, the strategic alliances between nonprofit organizations and corporations have become one of the important forms which could respond to the competition in the market.The strategic alliances between nonprofit organizations and corporations have already been the concern of scholars and the hot spot in this field.Generally speaking, the strategic alliances between nonprofit organizations and corporations in our country are still in the state of chaos. We are just probing into this field,and the special research is still the qualitative analysis and evaluate the alliance performance only from the enterprise perspective,lacking of quantitative research and ignoring the non-profit organizations'performance. Based on the review and analysis of the theories of the strategic alliances between nonprofit organizations and corporations,this thesis establishes the modeles of the performance and the influencing factors and discuss four hypotheses:matching,reputation,communication and trust mechanism have influence for the performance of the strategic alliances.By using empirical research method,the interviews and investigations have be conducted by questionnaires to collet data in the perspective from the nonprofit organizations innovatively in Shandong Province to approve and validate models supposed.Through empirical study,the hypotheses are supposed.lt is proved that matching,reputation,communication and trust mechanism would promote performance.Based on the above mentioned, this paper suggest that before alliance establishing,both should realize the matching and elect the one which has good reputation.It also suggest that aftering alliance establishing,both should keep communicating and estabulish trust mechanism to reduce costs and enhance competitiveness.At the end of this paper,the innovations and the limitations as well as the further reserch are mentioned to provide experience and information for the futer study.
