The post-war decades, Japan has rapidly become the world's second largest economy country. Japan's economic models and economic system is based on traditional culture. Its rapid success and great development of economy made the world astounding. Therefore, the mainstream view is generally believed that Japan's economic development, strategies and systems established on the basis of traditional culture. However, in the 1990's the Japanese economy plunged into a trough, and not been able to really get out from the recession. The Japanese economies on the decline and their culture models also have a great relationship.The article is from this mode of government policies, business objectives; especially the national mental awareness and behavior descript the relationship of traditional culture and Japan's economic recession in 90's years. Certain cultural factors play a role in promoting the economy of the old industrial age, but in intelligent machine of the information age, become a serious obstacle to economic development.China is now in the development of new information economy and the key period of transition. The analysis of Japanese culture and economy is very useful for China's reform and development. And it provides a more useful paradigm. Japan's economic lessons of cultural research can help answer some problems of China's economic transformation due to social traditions and cultural.
