A Study On Risk Assessment Of Commercial Bank's Information Security In China

Recently, credit card business has a very rapid development in China. The credit card and other innovation business in banking benefit to domestic commercial banks, but it also brings new information security problems. In this background, it is necessary and realistic to establish a new risk assessment system of commercial bank's information security, considering the new information security risk brought by the credit card business.According to the research of predecessors, and based on the comprehensive consideration of risks in information flow and technology risks, adding the new information security risk factors brought by the credit card, the paper built a risk assessment index system of commercial bank information security in China. The paper selected Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weight of each assessment index, and then used Grey Appraisal Process to assess risk value. Finally, the paper selected a commercial bank in china based on the established for information security risk assessment system to do empirical analysis, for demonstrating the scientific and rationality of the assessment system.This paper has substantiated the risk assessment system of Counter Business and Loan Business in Chinese commercial bank, identifying the information security risk in the credit card business effectively, providing the basis for the commercial bank to control risks, and then reducing the commercial bank's information security risks, improving customer's satisfaction.
