A Study On Resource Integration Scheme For Handan Transportation Group

China currently has a number of regional transportation group, and most of them change from the traditional warehousing enterprises, or regional transportation company with single logistics function, or cargo agents .They are at large small and lack of a national logistics network, or the resources of them is scattered and it is difficult to exert scale advantages effectively for them. This article will break the traditional thought to apply the concept and management methods of virtual logistics to integrate internal and external transportation resources of the group in order to enhance there competitiveness.This paper takes Handan Transportation Group as the research object, and analyzes the current problems in the Group and its need of integrating resources. After studying the mode of enterprise resources integration in existence, and the concept, characteristics and organizational mode of operation of virtual logistics, this paper analyzed the mode and advantages for Handan Transportation Group to integrate the enterprise resources through applying the theoretics of virtual logistics. On this basis, this paper further proposed the Han Yun Virtual Logistics Enterprise Alliance's building mode, building process and benefit distribution mechanisms, and a more detailed plan and programs of implementation aim at the key business, specifically including: the set of safety stock of distributed inventory and the implementation programs of joint purchase; pretreatment of transportation order,vehicle scheduling in the first node and cargo carrying scheduling in the other nodes on the way; establishing a RFID- technologies-based logistics information tracking system model whin the virtual logistics enterprise alliance environment,in order to achieve the tracking and querying of the location of the cargo and handling processes.This study not only extend the application of virtual logistics, but also provide a reference for the regional transportation in transition period to integrate internal and external resources.
