| Investigating the development course of the domestic and international scientific and Technological zone,such as Perfecting the country innovative system and area innovative system,and improving innovation ability. Every national high-tech industrial development zone of our country occupies more and more important status in regional economy:(1)The high-tech industrial development Zones have formed industrial clusters. The complexity and depth of industrial clusters have direct influence for the competitiveness of regional economy;(2)The innovative demonstration effect and spreading ability of the high-tech industrial development Zones have realized radiating function for the surrounding area and traditional industry.This paper, describes a series of causations from the growth of the local clusters to the formation of innovative systems, in order to clarify the interdependence of regional innovation system and industrial clusters and point out the construction of innovative systems in the High-tech Zone. Finally,taking the case of Lanzhou High-tech Zone, the thesis analyses the situation and throw a light on the formation of innovative systems there.Considering some factors,such as the service for enterprise innovation,improvement of innovation ability of enterprises,and improvement of competence of the region,enterprise,and design the systematic model of endogenous innovation of Lanzhou high-tech industrial development zones. The dissertation also analyzed the constitution of the innovative Platform,and Put forward relevant suggestions of constructing the endogenous innovation system of Lanzhou high-technology industrial development zones. |
