In recent years, China's regional economic grow rapidly, specialized logistics as the chief roles in regional economic growth has been emerged, but the development of modern logistics network has lagged behind, there is a lot of questions .Therefore, correctly understanding the important position of the logistics network integration in the development of modern logistics,systematic analyzing the promotional action of integration logistics network on the regional economy,have great significances in coordinating development between modern logistics and regional economies.With the further development of the logistics industry, the duplicate constructions, resources wasted or transportation "bottleneck" phenomenon caused by unreasonable location have appeared inevitable. As demands and costs changed, the solution of location model according to current data will prove to be sub-optimal in future economic environment.The past research on the urbanization logistics construction is often limited to simple location of logistics facilities and selection of distribution path ,but there is no effective interpretation for the overall significance of regionalization on the logistics and distribution model ,as well as the methods how to do macro-modeling .The purpose of this paper is to study on these two questions. Beginning with the research on many literatures and the analysis on the integration logistics network theory, the breakthrough point is accessed on this basis.The theory of integration logistics network has been applied to the urbanization construction .According to characters that needs and costs will be changed by time-varying , planning period will be divided into some representative decision-making cycles .Costs of logistics operations and changes are minimized in order to set up a integration dynamic stochastic programming model with a number of decision-making cycles .This paper provides a certainty equivalence class model for solving steps. Finally, use the numerical example to verify the validities of the model and analyze the model parameters' sensitivity.Finally ,this paper analyzes the characters of the urbanization distribution model, points out that cooperation will be built among regional distribution system .According to analyzing the distribution operations of network nodes ,the optimal level of profit distribution can be fixed. The article summed up the conclusion of the study, elaborated its theoretical and practical significance, the limitations of this study, and make prospects for future research .In the end, the article shows the conclusion of this paper, and the important implications at both a managerial and theoretical level. It also interprets significances between theory and practice points out research limitations and expects the future research.
