E-commerce is changed with each passing day. How can China Post develop the E-commerce with the advantage in the combination of real object flow, capital flow, and information flow? Based on the SWOT analysis of China Post and retrospect of the E-commerce development in domestic and international postal enterprises, this text discusses strategic positioning and development goals of China Post E-commerce and elucidates the main task and important business application for the current E-commerce developing of China Post. Through analysis, China Post should concentrate on support, service and operation aspects to develop E-commerce, and speed up the integration of resources, establish Post characteristic e-commerce's platform.
