With the emergence of a series of great accidents, the security and reliability of the complex social-technology system are known together by people, human reliability analysis (HRA) has become the hot field of international safety management scientific circles, the academic circles of the industrial engineering and academic circles of the behavioral science. Up to now, HRA methods that once have a certain influence are nearly about 40 kinds, and 16 kinds are used at present. With the deepening studying, it is found that Organization plays a great role in whole harmonizing and controlling management of the system, especially in complex social technology system, where the organization plays the role of determining and guiding to the safety of whole system. However, the influence of the organizational factor is little or not considered in 16 kinds of HRA methods used at present. Therefore, the research of HRA should be expanded from individual to direction of organization, and the influence of the organizational factor to human reliability analysis should be considered fully.This study presents the meaning of human reliability analysis. The effect of organizational factors to human reliability has been anlyzed, by telling the mode that organizational factors influence the human reliability and expounding the fluctuation of organizational factors and the cause of organizational failure. The mechanism of human error is the base of the analysis of human reliability analysis. This paper analyzed the mechanism of human error from the individual and organizational level. This kind of analysis has offered great help for improving human reliability.Through classifying, describing the present organizational factors both at home and abroad, this thesis builds an organizational classifying system which suitable for human reliability analysis. On the basis of classification to the organizational factors, identify the influence degree of organizational factor and evaluate the organization factor influencing the individual behavior. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of organizational factors prepare for the application of organizational factors to human reliability analysis.With the class of human behavior, realize the connection of the organizational factor and human reliability analysis. Gave the improvement THERP, HCR, THERP+HCR quantitative analysis method process frame, step, realize the correction of THERP, HCR, THERP+HCR.Current limitations and future research orientation are also discussed at the end of the thesis.
