Research On Core Competence Evolution Mechanism Of The High Technology Enterprise Based On Self-organization Theory

Along with the rapid growth of global economic integration and regionalization, the international economic competition is more and more fierce. After years of growth, Chinese economy has reached a "bottleneck". In order to keep the economy grow stably, it must transform the pattern of economic growth and upgrade the industrial structure. In the current situation, Along with the rapid development of high technology, High technology industry has become one of the world's fastest growing economy industries and the world economy important pillar industries. In order to maintain stable economic growth and enhance Chinese comprehensive national strength, we must develop the high technology enterprise and promote overall strength of the high technology enterprise. To achieve this goal, the most important thing is to format and maintain the core competitiveness of the high technology enterprise from microcosmic Angle.Enterprise core competitiveness capability is unique and keeping competitive advantage .it is long-established, inherent quality in the enterprise ,support enterprise past, present and future competitive advantage ,enable enterprise to gain the initiative core capability in a competitive environment ,have value, uniqueness, and imitative and extensibility futures. Now more and more enterprise mangers are aware of the important of core competitiveness and the need to nurture and development core competition.The main research contents of this paper is to analyze the high technology enterprise core competitiveness of formation and evolution process through self-organization theory in the perspective of Synergetics". In order to study this problem, this paper summarizes the main contents of the self-organization theory and high technology enterprise theory. First, the paper analyzes the elements of high technology enterprise, It was divided into two parts (supports elements and auxiliary elements).Second, According to the research object of self-organization theory is for the complicated nonlinear systems, this paper describes the technical enterprise's general characteristics as a complicated nonlinear system, and then analyzes the high technology enterprise system composition according to the characteristics of self-organization theory. In this paper, the high technology enterprise system will be divided into internal system and external systems. The internal system includes the technical subsystem, the production subsystem, the marketing subsystem, the resources subsystem, the management subsystem of five parts. High technology enterprise external system is the environment for the high technology enterprise. It includes the law and policy environment, system and social cultural environment, financing environment, market environment, industrial environment, etc. Third, this paper describes the internal and external causes for the formation and evolution of the technical enterprise core competitiveness and establishes self-organization dynamics model to describe high technology enterprise core competitive ability in the process of formation and evolution of the interaction between subsystems competition and collaboration. At last, this paper establishes "Haken model" and through statistical data to do an empirical analysis. The result will reveal the present situation and the existing problems. At last this paper puts forward some Suggestions and measures.
