The Study On The Upgrade Of Supply Chain Core Competence Based On Knowledge Management

The era of knowledge economy the competitive environment has changed dramatically, the competitive advantage is going from the original source material to the knowledge. Nowadays, it is the competition between the supply chain and supply-chain rather than business-to-business competition. This paper is against this background, through discussion of the five sections, author studied how to improve the supply chain's core competitiveness through the management of knowledge.Part I, Literature Review and Raise the Problem. The paper relating to the relevant theories are reviewed by domestic and foreign literature review, in conjunction with the current corporate governance practices, the author pointed out that shortcomings and problems of the current study, and then put the subject of this paper.Part II, Define the Concept and Theoretical Model. The author first reviewed the concept appearing in the paper, and clearly defined in this paper, laid a theoretical foundation for the start of the theme of the papers. And then used the knowledge management theory, theory of the value chain, introduction of the concept of knowledge value chain, raised on the upgrade model of supply chain core competence based on knowledge value chain, the finally, analysis the mechanism of action about enhance the core competitiveness of the supply chain.Part III, Achieve of Supply Chain Core Competence Upgrade Based on Knowledge Management. Through the use of virtual enterprise theory, the introduction of the concept of virtual knowledge center, the author build a supply chain knowledge management network model based on virtual knowledge center, and detailed study the composition and operation of the model, found out the way and mean of the core competitiveness enhance of the supply chain.Part IV, the Security Mechanism of the Core Competitiveness Enhance of the Supply Chain. Put forward for three required security mechanism for realization enhancing the core competitiveness of the supply chain, namely: performance evaluation mechanism, incentive mechanism, learning mechanism.Part V, Case Study. By analyzing Heng Yuan Xiang case to verify the feasibility of the theory, making the paper more complete.
