The Research On The Macro-contributors And Strategy Of Developing Offshore Service Outsourcing Industry In China

Since 1990s,with the rapid development of information and communication technology,tradable ingredients of service improve.Following the manufacturing sector,a new wave of industrial transfer become increasingly apparent in the area of the international trade of service,usually named"service outsourcing".It is the important part in service industry,and has characteristics of highly technology-intensive,more additional value,low resources consumption,create employment and so on.Making endeavor to develop service outsourcing is good for industrial structure,transformation of trading patterns,and has great significance in building friendly-environmental and resource-conserving economy,Being the biggest developing country,the development of service industry is relatively stagnant, especially the knowledge-intensive and capital-intensive modern service which have a relatively large gap comparing with those of developed countries and become important restrict factors of the coordinated development national economy.Faced with the important opportunity of international outsourcing in service industry,we should give play to own superiorities to undertake international service outsourcing, make great-leap-forward development,upgrade the industrial structure,narrow the gap with developed counties,and enhance the international competitiveness of service industry.This paper takes offshore service outsourcing as research subject,based on the analysis of the current situation in china and global market,emphatically analyzes and studys the macro-contributors when undertakes offshore service outsourcing in China, and finally propose policy recommendations.This dissertation is divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces research purpose and significance of service outsourcing and shows the article's brief contents and ideas. The second chapter recalls the classical theories of service outsourcing and reviews the relative literatures.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of offshore outsourcing about world and china.Chapter four analyzes the macro-factors which influences the level of undertaking ability,and chapter five use relative outsourcing data and empirical model to confirm the truth of factors and its influencing level. According to the conclusions of previous chapter,the sixth chapter gives policy recommendations which could help china improve its undertaking ability.
