A Research On The Investment Environment Evaluation Of Wuhan City Circle

Entering the 21st century,as Economic Globalization and Regional economic integration increases,production and capital are more socialization,internationalization and regionalization,which leads to Regional Competition increasing.Regional development no longer depends on a single city development by a polar of increasing economy,the development of urban agglomerations which depends largely on the regional investment environment has been the essence of regional economic competition. Investment environment has become the focus of the regional competition,the good investment environment as a powerful magnetic field attracts foreign capital to a country or a region.Regional investment environment determines the interregional trend of material,technology,human resources and other factors.Making great efforts on the construction of regional investment environment which can leads more resource factors to this region is one of the important matter of regional economic development.This issue establish a suitable regional investment environment evaluated index system and evaluated model of central urban agglomerations,which is based on the systemic tidying up of the related investment environment theories from home and abroad,considering the actual situation of central region and Wuhan metropolitan area. This index system consist of three kinds of investment environment factors,which is fundamental,encouraging,innovative.These three main kinds of factors can detailed divide to 10 small kinds of investment environment factors and 30 specific indexes.The demonstration part firstly analyze the inside and outside investment environment of Wuhan metropolitan area,then statistically analyzing the index of Wuhan metropolitan area by comprehensive appraisal and factorial appraisal,figure out the Wuhan metropolitan area investment environment scoring,analyze the general character,special regularities of distribution and class category of Wuhan metropolitan area investment environment according to the evaluation result,finally propose the basic improvement ideas of the Wuhan metropolitan area investment environment.
