Discussion On Legal Regulations Of China's Protection On Agrarian Resource

The cultivated land is the foundation of human survival, state stability and economic develop of society. The cultivated land is the carrier of agricultural resources and the lifeline that the mankind rely on to survive and develop. Therefore, the agrarian resource plays a significant role in natural resources.Over the recent decade, the agrarian resource in China keeps decreasing and the quality is going down. What's more, with economic development and population increasing, the contradiction between mankind and farmland is more fierce, thus causing great danger to food security in China. It can't be denied that the fact is due to the relative legal regulation of the preservation of agrarian resource. As laws are macroscopic and mandatory, it does great good to the preservation of agrarian resource.It is chiefly dealt with here how to preserve agrarian resource by the means of law. Starting from this idea, the first part introduction to the thesis mainly deals with the background, purpose, present situation of the research, emphasis of writing and research methods. As to the main body, starting from the meaning of agrarian resource, the thesis deals with the present situation of farming resource.After that, by the exploration of the theoretical basis of the preservation of agrarian resource, some principles of the preservation of agrarian resource are put forward. After that , the current legal regulations in preservation of farming resource are estimated. Combined with the great achievements and experience of legal regulations on it in foreign countries and Taiwan, how to improve the legal regulations of the preservation of agrarian resource in China is explored and discussed here. The last part is the conclusion, aiming to benefit the preservation of agrarian resource with the suggestions put forward here.
