Performance management is an indispensable element in a modern enterprise management system,effective performance management brings great benefits to the management of the enterprise and helps enterprise to better achieve business development goals,it is therefore subject to more and more enterprises' attention. Through establishing a perfect performance management system,enterprise hopes the abstract strategy will be translated into effective action for specific staff to ensure the smooth implementation of the business strategy.In a variety of performance management methods and tools,KPI have been widely concerned about.This article first reviews the basic theory of performance management, introduces the concept and substance of KPI with wide range of applications in current enterprises.Secondly,after analyzing the performance management status quo,the article points out the problem of CK Company.Next,by analyzing CK company case, the article studies the preparatory work and the basic principles of CPM in this company,analyzes the details of the company's performance management program design and implementation process,and points out the innovation.The conclusion is that a CPM system with KPI as the core,Pâ…ˇand WBI as supplement,is an effective one.The innovation of this article is:Through the study on the performance management of CK Company,the article proposes that after introducing Pâ…ˇreflecting the organizational efficiency and WBI reflecting the behavior of the staff in performance management,the traditional KPI is developed into CPM.This could be a reference to other enterprises in performance management.
