Researches On Jinan City Land-regionalization And Land-utilization And Space Controlling

The land plays an important role in the modern social development nowadays. As the substantial basis of the living and developing of mankind, the land has irreplaceable characters. Because of the stability and natural quality of the land and the differences among different regions, the exploitation and uses of the land are different. It's just because the existing of land differences that the regional development and way to use the land are different. As a result, the difference of the land must be taken caution, thus we can use the land resources reasonably and properly. To divide the land into different regions is not only to make proper outline of the use of the land, but also to manage and administrate the use of the land. The purpose to divide the land into different regions is to coordinate the relations among different kinds of the land, and to limit the improper use of land, so as to adjust measures to local conditions, which would lead to the result of the real harmony between human and the land, to achieve the coordination of economic benefits, social benefits and ecological benefits.The article coupled the use of GIS and quantitative analysis, thus promoted the effect and extensiveness of the division. On the basis of former scholars'research method and the characters of the relevant region of the article, I chose the town area as a basic unit of the division. The division research of the town area has a relatively high practicality and effectiveness. On the one hand, it can be used to operate and disclose, on the other hand, it can promote the degree of division precision. It is the emphasis and trend to combine the quantitative and qualitative analysis and the choosing of division unit in the field of land exploitation division research in the future.This article quoted the city Jinan as an example. On the basis of investigating the current situation of the land usage in natural, economic and society areas, the article resorted to qualitative analysis, analyzed into GIS distance overlap, then calculate the relevant data of the pictures of the current land usage, the administrative character, the landforms, the ecological dispersing, and the suitability of land. The article comprehensively analyzed the marginal town unit and entity, thus came to a result of the whole city's land usage division. On the basis of division, the article researched the data of 2005 and chose eleven original characters, distilled six main causes by SPSS, and then made cluster analysis to the main causes, thus came to the result of cluster analysis. In the end, the article reached a comprehensive result of the land usage division of Jinan, which included three prime areas and eight sub-prime areas. On the basis of division, the article brought up the rules of space regulation, which made it more convenient for the land regulation and the plan-making of land usage.
