The farming resource is regarded as the fundamental natural resource,enabling the survival and development of the human race.Because of the imbalance between the large population and the scanty farming resources in China,the ecological security of the farming resources has become one of the most important issues affecting the sustainable development of China's economy and society.Shijiazhuang,the provincial capital,is the center for politics,economy and culture and one of the most densely-populated districts in Hebei province.In recent years,along with the fast economical development,the urbanization level is on the rise and so is the population,hence such conflict as the pressure exerted by the urban construction land on the farming resources.Therefore,it is of practical significance to maintain the regional farming ecological security and raise the sustainable use of the cultivated land for moderating the conflicts and promoting the regional sustainable development.On the basis of the population-land-relation theory,the scarce-cultivated-land theory and the sustainable development theory,this thesis analyzes the quantity of the cultivated land in the district of Shijiazhuang,the dynamic change of its quality,the change of its ecological environment and the mechanism,constructs the evaluating indicator system of farming ecological security,utilizes artificial neural networks to evaluate the status of the farming ecological security of the years 1998,2002 and 2007,analyzes from the time and the spatial angles,and finally proposes the protection countermeasures for the farming ecological security in the district of Shijiazhuang.This thesis is divided into seven parts:Part 1 summarizes the research background of the farming ecological security,the research development,the theoretical foundation and the research significance;Part 2 introduce an overview of Shijiazhuang District;Part 3 mainly analyzes the quantity of the cultivated land,the dynamic change of its quality,the change of its ecological environment and the mechanism;Part 4 elaborates on the evaluating indicator system of farming ecological security and applies dimensionless method to the data;Part 5 utilizes artificial neural networks to evaluate the security status of the farming ecological security;Part 6 proposes the protection countermeasures in view of the results;Part 7 the conclusion and discussion.The results indicated:It was Xinji Town at eastern part plain that the ecological security value of planted crops to be lowest and the highest is Jingxing County at Shijiazhuang West mountainous area in 1998.But the lowest was Luancheng County at eastern plain and the highest was Luquan county at Shijiazhuang West mountainous area in 2002,the lowest was Gaocheng at eastern plain and the highest is Luancheng County in 2007.Through the analysis of Shijiazhuang farming ecological security spatial distribution in 1998,2002 and 2007,it showed that the farming ecological security of the western mountainous area surpassed the eastern plain overall,so the pressure the eastern plain area faced was bigger than the western mountainous area at the urban construction,the food production and farming ecological environmental protection and other aspects.Simultaneously we saw the situation of west-high and east-low also changed in three years,which was closing up to the farming ecological security medium condition.It explained that the situation of Shijiazhuang plants crops security was facing severe tests overall。...
